> Minimum 2 years in mineral processing.
> Minimum 5 years in technical mining sales and maintenance.
> Self-starter with a track record of delivering results.
> Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
> Proficient computer ability including the ability to adapt and learn new software.
> Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
> Ability to utilize a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
> Mechanical aptitude and a passion for heavy equipment.
> High attention to detail in all areas of work.
> High level of curiosity with interest in new product development.
