UNDERCARRIAGE
Boundary offers complete undercarriage assemblies and replacement components for large mining drills. Our offering includes track shoes, idlers, rollers, drive tumblers, and track pin retention. Components are built with proprietary materials, heat treatment processes, and bushing designs selected for wear life, reliability, and OEM interchangeability.
GEARBOXES
Through United Gear, Boundary provides new ZF gearbox supply as an official ZF partner, along with gearbox rebuild support for large mining drills. With gearbox experience dating back to 1965, we support rotary, pulldown, and propel transmission systems with new supply, rebuilt units, and repair programs.
RACK & PINION
Boundary’s rack and pinion are manufactured from forgings and processed through proprietary heat treatment steps to extend service life while maintaining OEM interchangeability.

Boundary, through ISS Mine Safety, offers solutions designed to make drill maintenance safer and easier. From custom tooling and component handling aids to access and visibility solutions, these products help crews reduce handling risk, improve control during maintenance, and support safer access around the machine.
