Each of our technical representatives is trained in the engineering discipline rounded out with years of hands-on
experience with wear products in the widest variety of applications. We have in house Mechanical and Metallurgical
engineers that are on call for technical support at all times. An invaluable resource for our family of customers.
Included in our capability is Finite Element Analysis, Solid Modeling and the latest version of AutoCAD and Solid Works.
We perform many in house quality tests on our products, which is augmented by specialized third-party testing
when indicated. ISO 9001:2000 QMS.
All of our products are warrantied for material and workmanship and we meet or exceed industry expectations
for performance.
Our engineering design invests heavily into common sense improvements to products and as a result we have been
nominated and have received a variety of design awards. This desire to improve products and in-service effectiveness
has resulted in our creation of product standards that have been adapted industry wide. A measure of the stature and
skill of our design department.
