Today all of our competitors follow the same business strategy employed by Boundary, with the only exception being that we have done it for a longer period of time and have developed a procedure that makes worldwide sourcing an essential component of our customers supply chain.

Boundary regularly makes investments in patterns for the same products with a number of foundries. As a result, supply, security and best prices are more readily under our control. Boundary introduced the Comprehensive Service Approach in the mid-1980's as our goal to creating satisfied customers. Essentially we diagnose the product need, prepare the engineering, build the product and service it after installation. Our technical representatives visit each installation and advise on wear, provide operating and maintenance assistance to ensure our customers obtain optimal equipment uptime and in-service reliability.
